The identification of potential Interim Managers/Consultants is continuous process. AGIM searches in several sources:
- Active advertising and promotion of AGIM services via web sites
- AGIM portal – recommendation by our certified AGIM interim professionals
- Recommendation from our business associates
- Spontaneous applicants
- Directly approaching potential interim managers/freelance consultants
2nd step: Selection process of interim professionals:
- The selection process of interim professionals consists of:
- A thorough interview followed by reference checking
- Case study solving if needed
- Psychological evaluation if applicable and requested
- Certification of successful Interim Managers/Consultants
- Gaining access to the AGIM web portal to share information about availability, news about assignments
- Receiving a draft agreement for future cooperation, including a list of the advantages and disadvantages of different types of contractual relationships
3rd step: Regular follow-up with interim professionals in the AGIM database
