Perceiving Interim Management as a tried and true business model new to the Central and Eastern European markets, we have committed ourselves to develop a pool of qualified and certified interim professionals.
As not every manager who was successful in a corporate role and motivated to move to “interim” will be a successful Interim Manager and not every consultant with a stellar career at an international consulting company can go on to become a successful contractor, we have developed and implemented an Interim Manager and Consultant certification process based on selecting and assessing candidates according to their common core competencies. Only 30% of the selected candidates finally attain Certification as Interim Managers/Consultants.
This selection process, together with thorough reference checking before recommending a particular
manager, will provide our clients with additional information to facilitate the decision process.
The identification of potential interim professionals is continuous process. AGIM searches in several sources:
Each potential interim manager/consultant passes the selection and certification process where their common core competencies, experience and references are checked in detail.
Successful certified interim managers/consultants are stored in our AGIM database, gain access to the AGIM portal and share information with us regarding new assignments and their availability.
