Jana holds a Master's Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Leipzig, Germany. She launched her career in Human Resources Management at Danone and Nestlé.
In HR Consulting and Executive Search with Accord Group ECE since 1996, she was in charge of several regional "start-up" missions before she took over the responsibility for the Czech and Slovak offices in 2000.
From 2004, Jana has been in charge of leading Accord Group in Central and Eastern Europe and, together with her partners in Poland, Romania and Hungary, accomplished an MBO in 2005.
In 2001, Jana established a complementary HR service provider specializing in tailor-made large projects for direct investors into CEE countries.
Since early 2009 Jana has been developing a business model of Interim Management for Central and Eastern Europe.
Due to her origin, experience and family background (she worked and studied in Germany, Czech Republic and Bosnia), Jana feels "at home" in various cultures and languages – German, Czech (both mother tongues), French, English (fluent), Russian and Serbian/Croatian (working level).
Lubor has been in the HR consultancy business since 1994. Though he is presently focused on the Manufacturing and Consumer Goods Industries, his expertise covers a wide range of sectors and disciplines.
His client portfolio consists of variety of companies, both large multinational corporations as well as number of local clients he is assisting in developing and optimising their business models and processes utilising his many years of consulting experience and expertise.

Veronika holds a Master's Degree in adult education from Jan Amos Komensky University in Prague. She started her professional career in the technology sector, working for a large system integration company in Prague.
Since 1998 Veronika has been developing her career in executive search and consulting services in CEE region. She assists her clients with setting benchmarks for selecting and shaping senior executives in order to optimise their managerial potential. As a Senior Consultant, she successfully carried out regional as well as local executive assignments on the top management level in different areas. Her past experience includes establishing a new Accord Group IT & Telecommunication Practice in Warsaw, Poland and also a new office in Budapest, Hungary.
Since 2007 Veronika has been a Partner of Accord Group Czech Republic, focusing on top management assignments for international as well as local clients, operating mainly in the financial services, pharmaceutical and ICT sector.
In addition to her native Czech, she speaks fluent English, some Russian and Spanish.
Lenka has more than 12 years of experience in HR management consulting services.
She started her professional career in a mid-sized management consulting company dealing with HR restructuring projects. Then she moved to Corporate HR and was responsible for the recruitment and psychological evaluation of candidates and creating a system of career development in the company.
In 2004 she joined Accord Group Prague as a Consultant in management – consulting services, psychology, coaching and outplacement services. Lenka has extensive experience in running top management audits for international companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Since 2007, Lenka has been a Partner of Accord Group Czech Republic, focusing on management consulting assignments for international as well as local clients.
She graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering and psychology. In addition to her native Czech, she speaks fluent English and some Spanish and Russian.
Andrea has 7 years experience in HR consultancy. two of which were as the Business Unit Manager of Solutions HR Specialists (an affiliate of Accord Group ECE), where she was in charge of business development and the management of teams in the Czech and Slovak Republic.
From 2001 Andrea was responsible for large-scale recruitment projects on behalf of major international companies, establishing their new green-field activities in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Her main responsibilities were temporary HR outsourcing, including employee recruitment and the management of client human resources issues and systems. Andrea has completed HR projects across many sectors, but is particularly experienced in dealing with manufacturing companies and shared-service centres for clients from France, Japan, Germany and Switzerland in particular.
Andrea holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Public Administration from the Technical University in Ostrava. In addition to her native Czech, she speaks fluent English and some German and Italian.
