We offer a highly professional and transparent service to our clients, always respecting their interests to the same extent as the interests of the Interim Managers we work with and the principles of ethical behaviour, fair trade and fair competition.

All clients and Interim Managers/Consultants agree to a set of terms and conditions prior to engagement that sets out the agreed fees, expectations and payment terms.

• Interim Managers/Consultants are billed at a daily rate plus VAT.
• In case of permanent placement, the placement fee is 33% of the expected first year's annual salary.
• Any travel expenses are charged at cost and always agreed with you prior to expenditure.

There are no other additional charges.
